At the Recovery Zone you get access to the latest innovation and technology for looking after your body! Our equipment includes state-of-the-art massage guns, cardiovascular equipment for active recovery, stretch bands of varying tensions, foam rollers and trigger point balls.
Online Programming
Our coaches know that to maintain your bodies function, it often means doing more than a few classes per week. As such, part of our program is dedicated to home exercise assignment to promote mind and body health. Take REBOOT with you wherever you go!
